The American love for pumpkins goes beyond pumpkin pies and jack-o-lanterns. With pumpkin bread, soups, cakes, baked goods, pumpkin butter, lattes, and so much more, the sky is the limit. To take our holiday beverage series forward, we bring you Pumpkin Apple Pie Cocktail. If you got leftover pumpkin puree from Thanksgiving or you just can’t get enough of pumpkin, this one is a must-try.

You Will Need:
- Unsweetened apple cider – ½ cup
- Libby’s Pure Pumpkin – 1 tbsp.
- Coconut sugar or honey – 1 tsp.
- Pumpkin spice – ¼ tsp.
- Bourbon or rum – 1.5 oz.
- Ice – 1 cup
- Apple slices
Steps To Prepare:
- Grab a cocktail shaker
- Pour apple cider and add the pumpkin
- Add coconut sugar and pumpkin spice
- Pour bourbon or rum
- Add ice
- Shake for 30 seconds
- Pour into a glass over ice
- Garnish with an apple slice
- Enjoy!
