From tourism, to food and beverage, to hotels and lodging, and everything in between - Hospitality is one of the largest industries in the world, and their workers deserve proper benefits. In short, benefits are the key to retention.
Leading online marketplace, Food Service Direct (FSD), polled hospitality workers across the United States to gauge their feelings towards employee benefits, and here are some of their key findings.
Of those surveyed, 81% are satisfied with their company’s healthcare benefits.
As favorable as the data results were for healthcare benefits, most of these employees don't receive any additional support other than company discounts. Providing essential benefits and additional care is what many hospitality workers are after.
